The high school library will be hosting a book fair for high school students and staff from Dec. 4 - 7th. The book fair will be open daily from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Parents who want to participate can check in at the office and come and visit - or, for your convenience, you can shop the book fair online! Students can shop the book fair with cash or credit card, or parents/family/sponsors can add money to their eWallet, which gives them a budget and available funds. Are you a Veteran? La Vernia High School will be hosting a Veterans Day event, "Real People, Real Conversations," on November 9th, from 8:15 - 4:30. During the event, we will honor Veterans while providing students with the opportunity to participate in round-table discussions with the men and women who have served our country. Veterans who volunteer will be treated to the amazing hospitality provided by Culinary Arts students and performances by ASL students.
